Default Gridlines into excel spreadsheet after changing background color

How do you re-establish gridlines into a spreadsheet after you have changed
the background color and/or revert back to a white background?

Default

It is not white background, select no color or no fill depending on from
where you are doing it, once you use solid colours the gridlines are not
visible
