Default reversed columns

I had a user stop by my desk and ask me why the columns on their home pc
Excel are backwards. They said that cell A1 is on the upper right instead of
the left. Does anyone know what causes this and more importantly how I can
tell them to fix it? Thanks.

Maybe there's something interesting in the
Tools Options International
menu.

HTH. Best wishes Harald
