you can't automatically..
Excel scales proportionately.. if you notice when you select "fit to 2 pages long by 1 wide" the percentage automatically adjusts.. One trick you can do is to leave one of the 'fit to' boxes blank. example. If you delete the number in the long box and put 1 in the wide box, it will reduce so the width fills the page, but length will be proportionate to the percent reduction.
