How do you format a sheet to fill the entire page to print?

When printing a longer spread sheet onto one page, how do you format it so
that the width also fills the page and not just the length?

TomHinkle

you can't automatically..

Excel scales proportionately.. if you notice when you select "fit to 2 pages
long by 1 wide" the percentage automatically adjusts..

One trick you can do is to leave one of the 'fit to' boxes blank.

example.

If you delete the number in the long box and put 1 in the wide box, it will
reduce so the width fills the page, but length will be proportionate to the
percent reduction.
