Default "Compare2Lists" Macro Not working

I am trying to use the "Compare2lists" macro and it is giving me the error...

Named argumet not found in line

MatchCase:=True,Search

under

Sub Extract Uniques_Duplicats()


Can anyone help??

You may want to post where you got the macro.

(I don't recognize it.)

Well, I searched google and got a couple of hits.

This one had an alternate suggestion by keepitcool that the poster liked:

Dave,
I got it from a post here in the Microsoft Discussion group. But the post
you linked me to at Goggle was the same post.
Any Ideal who Cecil is or why this macro wont work??

I didn't look at his code. But I did notice that the OP responded that
KeepItCool's suggested alternative did.
