Default Spoolsv.exe & csrss.exe services

Hello everybody,

I have a BIG problem that is happening with Excel and 2 services called
Spoolsv.exe and Csrss.exe:

Here's the configuration of the workstation that has the problem:
A printer is installed on the workstation (locally - default printer)
A printer is used on the network.
The user roaming profile is on a 2k server.
Excel is installed on the workstation (locally).

The problem began a few days ago. When I want to print something from an
Excel file, I go to File -- Print... . When I try to change the printer (for
the one that is used on the network), I have to wait a long time until the
network printer appear in the dropdown list so I can use it to print my
document. And when I'm looking in Task Manager, I can see that Csrss.exe and
Spoolsv.exe uses 100% CPU (around 40% one and 60% for the other).

The only solution I know to solve this problem is to delete the user profil
on the server and to create a fresh new one and Voila!, the problem's solved.
But I'd like to know what's causing this. I tried to reinstall the printer,
to check if the workstation caught a virus of some sort but I had no success
in either of them.

Thanks,
Martin
