Have received a spreadsheet the contains many hidden rows. I want to save it
with only the unhidden rows. Have tried Save Special-Values without success. How can I save only the unhidden rows. |

I think you will have to copy visible rows only to new spreadsheet and save that to do this select edit goto special tick visible cells only then copy and paste on new sheet or spreadsheet Tina "arich" wrote: Have received a spreadsheet the contains many hidden rows. you have to copy the cells to a new worksheet and save that.
Select all the cells and do edit-=goto Special, then do edit=Copy and go to a new workbook, new sheet and select A1, then do edit=Paste -- Regards, Tom Ogilvy "arich" wrote in message ...
