Default Help with Camera Function

I'm trying to copy a picture of part of a spreadsheet into a Word document.

The Camera function found in Tools\Customise\Commands\Tools almost does the
trick but I particularly want to include the Row and Column headings so it's
easy to refer to particular cells or ranges.

Can Camera be used to show Row and Column headings as well as cells and, if
so, how?

If not, what is the easiest way of achieving what I want to do?

Thanks a lot

If you size the picture to match the underlying cells, enter the
column/row headings in cells surrounding the picture (format them the
appropriate font/color if you want). Make sure you set the picture to
"Move and size with cells".

Forget about Camera tool.
Use File|PageSetup and on the Sheet tab specify Row and Column headers are
to be printer. Return to sheet
Select the range to be copied. Hold down Shift and use menu command
Edit|Copy Picture (this shown only when Shift is held down); specify As
Printed
Now you have the picture on clipboard. Move to Word and use Paste or Paste
Special
best wishes
