WHEN I "COPY" A CELL WITH A FORMULA THE RESULT IS COPIED NOT THE FORMULA WITH
THE REVISED REFERENCES. HOW DO I COPY THE FORMULA WITH THE REVISED REFERENCES TO THE NEW CELL?? I AM UNABLE TO USE THE "PASTE' FUNCTION AS IT IS "GRAYED OUT". I HAVE OFFICE XP VERSION 2002. |

First of all, turn off the caps lock, it is considered rude
Do you have any macros in your workbook? Is it for all workbooks or just one? -- Regards, Peo Sjoblom (No private emails please) "ED W." <ED wrote in message ... How many cells are you coping?
Are those cells part of a filtered list? Are you copy|pasting between workbooks? Are those workbooks open in the same instance of excel (check under the Window dropdown on the menubar. You should see all the open windows/workbooks listed at the bottom). If you open both workbooks in the same instance, you'll get the formula.
