Select an autoshape on the worksheet. Set its formatting properties the
way you want (right-click it and choose Format Autoshape). Set the
format properties the way you want, close the dialog, then right-click
the shape again and choose Set Autoshape default. Future autoshapes will
now have those default format properties.
