Default Change Path names in copied work book

We have a series of linked work sheets that in the formulas use
information from other work sheets. These other work sheets appear in
the path name. We save this file each year and create a new work book.
When we copy the work book and rename to year 2 the references still
point to year one. We have some very large worksheets and cannot open
all at one time. Any thoughts on how to change the path name in the
formulas without doing it line by line. There are thousands of entries.
