Default formulas SUMIF & DSUM

Can someone tell me the difference between these two formulas?

Thanks!

Default

The primary difference is that DSUM requires that you use a range
of cells as criteria, and that both the data range and criteria
range have column header labels. SUMIF does not require either
of these.
