MSWord is a word processor. Excel is essentially a number cruncher.

For the most part, those text effects can't be used in excel.

If you copy the text with effects from a WORD document and Paste Special
Microsoft Office Word Document Object. The text will be pasted. The effect
will not be acitve, however.

To turn on the effect, double click the text.

Hi:

I was able to copy and paste special into excel, but it seems the
dble-clicking will not work. Do you double click on the new text in the
excel (=EMBED("Word.Document.8","")) nothing happends. Any thoughts?
