Default remove lines in pivot table with zero values

click on last column in pivot table on screen; you will see sort
options, clear filter, label filters, value filters. The "value
filters" is the one to click on and you will see more menu choices
such as: clear filter, greater than, does not equal, less than, etc.
Chose the "does not equal" and on next screen input the 0.00. That
will make all the lines with the 0.00 become hidden.
