Default In Excel, when i key in 02352 and press enter, the zero goes off

In Excel, when i key in any group of numbers with a zero preceding it, and
then press enter, the zero disappears. How do i for instance key in 02352.
with the zero still intact when i press enter. Please help!

EXCEL 2007

Format the cell(s) as text (Home / Font group / click on arrow in
lower right hand corner / Format Cells should launch / Number tab /
Text / OK).
