hi
there is no built in function for this but you can.... hide rows hide columns change font color to match background color(white?) to hide areas, insert a label or text box to cover the area. there may be other way, this is just what i could think of off the top of my head. be creative. regards FSt1 "Wally" wrote: Id there a way to prevent the contents of certain cells from printing |

If there is no common characteristic such as errors in these cells,... then
there is no great solution. You would need to hide the content of the cell while printing: Format them to the custom format ;;; After printing reformat back to the default. -- If this helps, please click the Yes button.
