Default Conditional Format

I need a conditional format formula that says if D1 = "N" than cells B1&C1
should be gray. What should I type in the conditional format statement?

Default Conditional Format

Select B1:C1, then apply CF using formula is: =$D1="N"
Format to suit, ok out
