Default General Setting Question

I think I have modifed setting and I am not sure which one it is. I am
running 2007, and I have changed something so that when I click into the
formula bar to edit an equation, I can no longer drag the cells to adjust the
equation. There used to be bold outlines around the cells involved in the
equation, which I could drag. Now there are just unbolded oultines and I
cannot select grab cell and drag it to adjust the formula. Any suggestions
on what I changed and how to undo it.

Click on the Office Button and choose Excel Options. Select the Advanced Tab. Under Editing Options, make sure that Enable Fill Handle and Drag and Drop is checked.

When competing hypotheses are otherwise equal, adopt the hypothesis that
introduces the fewest assumptions while still sufficiently answering the
question.
