Excel Properties

I use a spreadsheet every day and save it about 10 times per day. I have
noticed that my KB's are climbing over awhile(900,000 to 4,000,000).I haven't
added any thing that could make this happen. Can someone help, it's slowing
down my spreadsheet? Also can you see how much KB's are in a tab on a
spreadsheet?
