Like a powerpoint slide show?
Maybe you can save pictures of the ranges(?) that you need and embed them into your presentation. I use a program called Snagit that's very nice, but not free. There are free programs you can find via a search of google/bing/yahoo... dave loydon wrote: help -- Dave Peterson |

I'm partial to Faststone Capture...........Freeware
http://www.faststone.org/ Will capture scrolling screens which makes it nice when sheet ranges are too deep for a single screen.
