HOW CAN I SORT SUBTOTALS FROM HIGHEST TO LOWEST
If you used data|subtotals to apply the subtotals, then use the outlining

go to the view where you just see the subtotals, highlight what you want to
sort, on the menu bar: Edit / Go to / Special / Visible Cells Only then Edit / Copy, then paste into another sheet. You can now sort that as usual "JGAVIGAN" wrote: -- JG |
