i am trying to enter a formula in a cell, but it is coming up as a value.
how do i change it from value to formula. -- Louise |

Isn't the formula supposed to return a value? Maybe something in the

Precede the formula with an apostrophe

(Excel 2007) Click Formulas tab, then Show Formulas
