Default Macro passwords

That sounds really odd to me. Can you contact me via email (remove spaces) at
HelpFrom @ JLatham Site.com
and I'll send you a workbook with a form in it that works like it should.
You can use that to try to figure out what's different.

Alternatively, if you'll send me a copy of the workbook, and tell me what
the password is, I can try to fix it directly.
