Default Can I flip a symbol?

I'm creating a form using Excel 2003. I want to have 'clip here' with the
dotted line plus the scissor symbol at the beginning and end of the row. How
do I flip the scissor symbol at the end of the row since it faces 'outward'
and not 'inward?'

Thank you.

Hi,

You can copy it as a picture and rotate. By pressing shift go to Edit Menu,
copy picture and paste it where you want it and rotate.

Regards,
