Hi
Reduce the amount of subtotal detail to what you require. Hit F5 and click on Special and then Visible Cells Only. You can now use Ctrl+C to copy this. Go to where you want to paste these totals, and use Edit|Paste Special|Values to paste. -- Andy. "slh" wrote in message ... |
