When using SUM for a column of numbers=the result is ######## (8 number signs)
if i double click on the box and hit F9 -it will give me total. I tried
going to Excel Options/Formulas and selecting Automatic under workbook
calculation.
This did not solve the problem.

I have also tried manually entering the formula ex: SUM(D2:D60)
no luck

using Office 2007 version on a Vista 64 bit PC

Any suggestions?
