I would like to share my knowledge by improving & clearing my doubts.

Default how can i get the date & time format 2010/02/17 12:05 in excel

Right click the cellFormat cellsClick Custom and enter the below format

yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm

Now try entering a date in that cell. To enter todays date use the short key
Ctrl + ;

=SUMPRODUCT((TEXT(I3:I71,"mmyyyy")="032010")*(H3:H 71))
