You could use another part of the w/sheet or w/book in which to import the
data you enter and set the print area to your order form. Instead of filling a form in you could set up a list of customers (one per row) and have the data you enter transposed to your order on the next w/sheet. -- Russell Dawson Excel Student Please hit "Yes" if this post was helpful.
