I want to change a column that was created as a result of a simple summary
formula now into a column with just the answers. The reason is I now want to delete the columns that are the source and have only the answer on my spreadsheet. |

Hi Janet,
FSt1 has already provided a good answer. Sometimes I prefer to keep both my formulas and my "Paste Special Values" column in the spreadsheet, but simply hide the column with the formulas after doing the PSV.
