How do I change the cells with formula into the resulting answer
I want to change a column that was created as a result of a simple summary
formula now into a column with just the answers. The reason is I now want to delete the columns that are the source and have only the answer on my spreadsheet. |

copy the column with the summary formula then in the same column... pastespecial values. this will turn the formaula into had data. source data no longer needed. Regards FSt1. Hi Janet,
FSt1 has already provided a good answer. Sometimes I prefer to keep both my formulas and my "Paste Special Values" column in the spreadsheet, but simply hide the column with the formulas after doing the PSV.
