This "fix" was posted a couple of days ago.
You can add or modify a key in the Registry if you are comforatble hacking in the Regsitry. Best to create a Restore Point before attempting any changes. StartRun regedit.exe HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\E xcel\Options On right-side pane right-click on "Options6" and modifydecimal number from 32 to 16.
