I posted this yesterday but couldn't find it.
I have an order form, created in Excel 2003, on my website but customers with earlier versions of Excel can't open without downloading Web Component. Many say they are unable to do so. How can I save the form in an earlier version? -- Gayle |

I use google to search groups.
http://groups.google.com/advanced_se...blic.excel. * Give it enough information (you as the author, maybe a keyword or date) and you'll find it. (You have another response to your followup from today.) Gayle wrote: I posted this yesterday but couldn't find it. When you do a "save as", click the "save as type" dropdown box, and pick the
earlier version of XL that you would like. -- Best Regards, Luke M *Remember to click "yes" if this post helped you!* "Gayle" wrote: I posted this yesterday but couldn't find it. Thanks Dave,
I really feel stupid now....when I saved it, I didn't save as "earlier version", and I know better. I never found the Control box but hopefully this will work. I appreciate your responses. -- Gayle "Dave Peterson" wrote: I use google to search groups. http://groups.google.com/advanced_se...blic.excel. * Give it enough information (you as the author, maybe a keyword or date) and you'll find it.
