I love the alternate row formatting now available in 2007 - but we are having
some problems with it. When a new row is added in the middle of a sheet, it takes on the color of the row below it -- so then you end up having 2 blues or 2 whites - instead of alternate colors. It doesn't refresh itself to the alternate colors. ALso, we have one department that adds data at the end and then SORTS to get it in the right order.... again - it doesn't maintain the alternate colors after sorting - In fact, the inconsistant grouping of colors almost makes it more difficult to read. Has anyone found any work arounds for this? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time and suggestons. -- Cindy B |
