TRYING TO COMPUTE THIS PRODUCTIVITY CHANGE OF A MACHINE CYCLE DOPPING FROM
17SEC TO 15 SEC . HOW DO YOU CALCULATE THE PERCENT GAIN OF 2 SECONDS.
