Default I WANT TO KEEP TEMPLATES AND FORMULAS FROM LAST YEAR'S EXCEL FILE

I want to keep formulas and templates from last year's (2009)excel file
(Excel 2003), so that I can use them, but I don't want to keep the old data.
Is it possible to copy the old file keeping the templates and formulas, and
lose the specific data? How?
