While protecting the worksheet Check the Format Cells Check box and enter
your protection password and give ok

Alt+T+P+PAllow All User of this Worksheet to:Check the Format Cells
check box

Remember to Click Yes, if this post helps!

I Have excel 2003 and when I enter password and click ok it asks me to
re-enter password. I have tried the tools protect and the format cells on the
top of the sheet, am i in the correct place?
Thanks
Chris
