Default Sub Menu

Hi I would like to know if it is possible to have a column with a firts
choice and from that choice would come others.

For example we have phases 1 to 7, that would be the first choice, and then
For phase 1 we would choose from 100 to 106
for phase 2 we would choose from 200 to 209

ect
