Default Two lists and how do I extract contents in one from the other?

I have two e-mail lists in excel, A and B. List A is a small list and List B
is much longer and includes list A. How can I exctract the e-mails from list
B that are in list A? A short version is: how do I do B minus A? I use Office
2003.
