Default What approach should I adopt .....

Hi

I would like to ask your advise on the best approach for analysing multiple
spreadsheet.

Allow me to explain. There are ten sheets with data in A:A which is the
result of a formula. All the data in A:A in all sheets must have the same
data.
What is the best way to compare the sheets to see what data may be missing
so it can be updated for a given sheet.

Hope I have explained what I am looking to do clearly enough.

Thank you!

Are all 10 sheets in the same workbook? Are you just looking to
identify the cells with missing data? How would you like this to be
presented?

You might think about having a summary sheet with 10 columns, one for
each of your other sheets, and in each column you list the cell(s)
which are blank in the corresponding sheet. Is this the kind of thing
you are after?

Hope this helps.

Add a summary sheet. In Column A:A place your row headings. In Columns B:B
through Column K:K formulas addressing other sheets i.e. +Sheet2!B2 in
summary sheet B2 and so on

The solution you guys provide is a simple one. I think I was trying to make
it more complicated than what is needed.

Thanks for the clarity.
