Default Adding email addresses from Excel into Outlook

How do I add multiple email addresses from Excel into an Outlook Distribution
list? The only way I know how is by "copy and paste" each and every one in
the "Add new" tab in the Outlook Distribution list... sure would save a lot
of time.
