Hello, I download Excel spreadsheets with too many columns of data that i
dont need. Can I save the data of one workbook (that has too much info) and
insert into a template that has fewer columns of only data that I need? Hop I
explained correctly. Please help.

Maybe you could copy the columns (individually or in groups) that you need.
Just don't copy the columns that you don't need.

If you needed to mechanize this, you could try recording a macro when you do it
manually.
