Default Sharing in Excel

I would like to share and Excel file that contains a text block. It needs to
continue to be availalbe for editing. Can this be accomplished in Excel 2003?

Depends what you mean by text block. If you are talking about a text box or
other similar object then there is a restriction on changing them. You can
view them but not change them.

In the XL help type in Shared workbook restrictions and view the features
that are unavailable.
