is it possible to draw a revision cloud please advise me

Hi,

If your talking about what I think you are then inserting a shape on the
sheet and entering text to describe the revision may be what you want.

E2003. Ensure the drawing toolbar is visible (View - toolbars - drawing) and
from autoshapes select 'Callouts'

E2007. On the ribbon - Insert - Shapes and select the required callout

Both Right click and edit text.
