i've got two columns of data and i want the first column to be the y axis and
the second column to be the x axis. right now both columns turn up as the x axis. how do i fix this. i'm using excel 2002, by the way. i'm trying to make a chart. also, how do i look at old threads i've started. it's not obvious how to do this. |

The data is not the axis. The data you provide becomes the graph and Excel
will automatically create the axes for you. Easier to put them the other way round.

can you swap the columns round?

how do i edit the source data. i know where it is and all that but i don't

Put the reference of the range for your Y data in the place where it says "Y
