Default Subtotals in Excel 2007

Hi.
When i link data from access 2007, i cannot use subtotals without having to
change the linked data to range. Is there a way of keaping the data linked
and have subtotals?

Instead of having subtotals in the body of your (linked) data, you can
have a separate table using SUMIF to produce the subtotals.

Hope this helps.
