Pivot Table not counting
The pivot table grand total is only adding the number of cells being used. I
need it to actually add the numbers inside the cells. Does this make sense? Any help? Thanks! |

Pivot Table not counting
It sounds as though the Data field is set to €śCount€ť the values rather than
€śSum€ť them. Click on the filed in the €śvalues€ť area of the Pivot Table Fields List dialog box. Then choose €śValue Field settings€ť. Change it to €śsum€ť.
