Pivot Table not counting
 

The pivot table grand total is only adding the number of cells being used. I
need it to actually add the numbers inside the cells. Does this make sense?
Any help? Thanks!

It sounds as though the Data field is set to €œCount€� the values rather than
€œSum€� them.

Click on the filed in the €œvalues€� area of the Pivot Table Fields List
dialog box. Then choose €œValue Field settings€�. Change it to €œsum€�.
