Default graphs

I made a graph in Excel 2003. The x axis is the grades of a final exam 0-100.
The y axis is final grades 0 - 100. Is there a way to make a colored line
appear on the y axis to mark a certain grade? I want a red line to appear on
the y axis to show grades above and below 65.

I couldn't find how to do this in the chart options on 2003.
thanks
