Default Can I break "% in row" at each subtotal?

If I break a pivot table by one column category, and then a second category,
can I calculate "% in row" by the second category, and not across the whole
pivot table?

Example: I want the % in the rows of Section 1 and Section 2 calculated
independently, not as a total. In other words, the rows in each section
should be calculated off 100%, not off the subtotal of each section.
Confusing, I know. :)
