Default index from multiple arrays

I have multiple columns that I want to look in to pull values from.
Heres my setup.
job type hrs job type hrs job
type hrs
Lasata r 8 Jones sm 8 Lasata sm
6
Jones sm 6 Herald r 6 Jones r
8
Lasata r 5 Lasata sm 7 Herald r
7
and so on...

I would like to be able to make a worksheet that I can just put the job name
on. Then all the information for that job in each column would be put into a
list.

Lasata Jones Herald
r 8 sm 6 r 6
r 5 sm 8 r 7
sm 7 r 8
sm 6

Please help I am at my wits end.
